We are not a chain school. We have two schools and about 500 students, one is in Ikebukuro Tokyo, and the other is in Kawagoe Saitama. The majority of our students are young students. We are a small school with a very friendly atmosphere and we're really dedicated to our young learners education. We offer small size classes (of maximum 6 to 8 students). Our young learners are well-behaved and motivated. A Japanese coordinator is in the classroom to help with very young learners (from 2 to 6 years old). Each class is taught by a native teacher and a Japanese coordinator. The lesson planning is shared between teacher and coordinator to ensure top quality and progressive lessons. Our focus is on providing moments for the children to speak English. Are you a teacher that can draw English out by giving opportunities where a child has to say something? We really want to see students speaking English to you! We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and responsible teacher who has a real passion to teach children. We really care about the quality of our lessons, so we want a teacher who wants to develop his/her teaching techniques with us.

I've only taught at Nissait for a year, but I've really enjoyed working with all the staff and students. The school has a welcoming and colourful atmoshphere and you feel like part pf a family. The small classes allow teachers and students to build a strong bond and Japanese coordinators help in and outside the classroom to communicate with students and parents. Thecurriculum gives the students many opportunities to use English naturally in games and activities. You'll suprized how well the students use English and how eager they are to talk with you! Tom Heatherington
I've been teaching at this school for nearly four years and want the best teacher for my students. I know there are a lot of jobs available but if you think you are a quality teacher, just that bit better than the rest and know that you could get a job anywhere you liked, then this is the position for you. The school is small enough to be very personal, the staff are friendly and fun to work with, the classes are small and the teaching materials are excellent. Each class is taught by you and a Japanese coordinator. The lesson planning is shared between teacher and coordinator to ensure top quality and progressive lessons. Our focus is on providing moments for the children to speak English. Are you a teacher that can draw English out by giving opportunities where a child has to say something? This is what we want to see! Are you willing to build on your teaching experience and learn new ideas, can you leave your ego at the door and accept advice? If so we want you to apply. Nissait has expectations of top quality teaching. We know what it takes to be a good English teacher and how to give children a fun, entertaining lesson. This is a great job at what I consider the best English school for children in Tokyo. Good luck Libby Katayama |
